Defective/unsafe goods

If goods are defective or not of acceptable quality, you have 6 months from delivery to return them at our risk/expense for repair, replacement, or refund. If a repair fails within 3 months, we must replace or refund. This does not cover fair wear‑and‑tear, misuse, or unauthorised alterations.

Incorrect supply / not as described

If we deliver the wrong item, missing items, or goods not as described, notify us within 7 days. We’ll arrange collection and either replace or refund.

Cooling‑off for electronic transactions

For most online purchases of goods, you may cancel within 7 days after delivery for a full refund. You may be liable for the direct cost of returning the goods if you cancel for convenience.

Exclusions: goods made to your specifications or personalised; goods which, because of their nature, cannot be returned; unsealed goods not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons; digital content once download/access has started (where applicable).

Direct marketing cooling‑off

If your order resulted from direct marketing, you may cancel within 5 business days after delivery or conclusion, whichever is later.

How to log a return

Email admin@monatic.co.za with order number, reason, and photos (if defective). We’ll provide a prepaid return label or collection. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within a reasonable period, but within 30 days for cancellations.
