We register our Information Officer with the Information Regulator as required.

- Payment tokens/authorisation references (from our payment processor – we do not store full card PAN/CVV).

- Support interactions, recordings (if you phone us).

- Contract performance and steps before entering a contract (orders, deliveries, customer service).
- Compliance with law (tax, PAIA responses, product safety/recalls).
- Legitimate interests pursued by us or a third party (site security, fraud prevention, analytics, improving services). We balance these against your rights.
- Consent where required (e.g., certain cookies/analytics in line with our Cookie Policy; direct marketing by electronic communications unless an exemption applies). You can withdraw consent at any time.

We send electronic marketing only with your prior opt‑in consent, or if you’re an existing customer and the law permits an opt‑out model for similar products/services. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal/financial record‑keeping obligations. Thereafter, we delete or de‑identify data.
