– Payments are processed by Payfast. We support (list tender types, Credit Card, etc). 

– We do not store full card data; our processors are expected to comply with PCI DSS and use encryption. 

– We use 3‑D Secure where applicable. 

– Orders may be subject to manual review or additional verification to prevent fraud. 

– If a payment error occurs, contact admin@monatic.co.za. 

– Under ECTA s43(5)-(6), we must use a payment system that is sufficiently secure with reference to accepted standards and may be liable for damage caused by failure to do so.
